Bayern Munich are not interested in signing Bruno Fernandes from Manchester United, according to journalist Christian Falk.
The defending Bundesliga champions have been linked with the Portugal international playmaker in the English media, but German journalist and Bild chief Falk has dismissed the speculation.
Falk wrote on his website: “The German champions are not particularly interested in signing Fernandes in the next window, as they have other priorities.
“The arrival of Luis Diaz from Liverpool and Nicolas Jackson on loan from Chelsea in the summer window has added tremendous depth to their squad, and they will only get better when Jamal Musiala returns to full fitness.
“Bayern have high hopes for Musiala, who primarily operates in the number 10 role, and they have other options in that department.”
